Murphy’s Masters was initially started by Jim Murphy, an avid golfer, in 1989 as a way to get his friends together.
After seeing a good turnout for several years, Jim and his wife Ruth realized that this reunion could be a great way to raise money for those less fortunate.
IN LOVING MEMORY
This year, we play for Bill Doig.
Bill loved coming to this event and was always generous to those in need. Sadly, Bill passed away earlier this year from prostate and liver cancer.
This year, we chose to donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It would mean a lot to Bill to help kids with the money we raise this year.
